My teacher showed us this website and you will be amazed at how interconnected the fortune 500 companies are. This pic is one I mad just showing how our food companies are connected to some of the other major companies in America.

A Brief Explanation:
They Rule allows you to create maps of the interlocking directories of the top companies in the US in 2004.
The data was collected from their websites and SEC filings in early 2004, so it may not be completely accurate - companies merge and disappear and directors shift boards.

So today I went on youtube.com and looked up Adobe Illustrator tutorials. I found out I did not know as much as I thought. It made the program WAY easier to use. If you need some help feel free to ask, Im a professional now. Anyway, here is something I made today. I drew this alien ninja guy in class and I liked it, so I used him in this picture

So you are probably asking yourself why do I use the name SUG? I mean my middle name doesn't even start with a U? Well...don't worry about it, it isn't even a good story. But it is short and easy to remember, so i use it as my pen name.

Ok so again for our digital art class we had to make a movie but this time it had to be abstract. If you dont get it, its ok. The movie is called brainstorm and the block represents a person's thought process while he is brainstorming. He is trying to figure out an idea and the little block cant seem to fit in anywhere. Near the end, it is crunch time and he has to figure out an idea so he starts goin through tons of ideas. But by the end he finally figures out where he fits in and it is all good. Check it.

So for my art class we had to make a movie that related to time. It had to show the past and present in a way that was easy for the viewer to distinguish. My art is usually funny little cartoons and other light hearted stuff...so for this project I decided to do something different. I made a scary video.

Ideas and Boredom

So I am not exactly sure what I want this blog to be about or how I am going to make it interesting for people to read besides myself, but currently im thinking I will post things that I do when im bored. Like cool websites I find, art I make, or pics of cool stuff I see. Hopefully it will keep people interested for a little while when they are bored.
